I have a frilly white blouse to wear with it. Tights or pantyhose? Links to shoes or boots would help as well as links to the coat length. Thanks.
The skirt is black. Does the coat have to end below the skirt. In that Macy’s lonk hers didn’t.

There is a trench I ordered but after waiting on backorder, was notified by the store that it is not going to be back in stock. I found the same coat on ebay but it is two sizes too large. What is the average cost for tailoring/altering a coat?
